One of the best parts of my job is my title of story-teller. This blog serves as a culmination of all of my favorite things and introduces you to my incredible clients. Pop below for all the ways I combine my love for moments, new experiences, date nights with Andrew, and sitting down over wine with clients to hear about what matters to them most... all while juggling motherhood and the latest Nordstrom sales.
I can’t begin to tell you how fabulous this couple is. First of all, their style is amazing. They live in a renovated storefront in Capitol Hill. Their teeny studio apartment is perfectly laid out for living and entertaining. Plus, it has a huge window in the front. You must know how a photographer feels about big windows in their home if you’re taking the time to read this blog 😉
Second, Alex is an incredibly talented wedding planner in D.C. I have had the chance to see her work at several weddings. She is organized, has impeccable, elegant taste, and is very caring. She is engaging, and gets the job done excellently. Get ready for her OWN wedding.
I was excited when Alex wanted me to shoot her wedding. Then, I was excited all over again when she told me about how she wanted to do part of her engagement session at home, in their apartment. Totally on board, we planned the date and she picked her outfit. (DREAMY).
They are getting married THIS weekend at DAR Constitution Hall in Washington, D.C. I absolutely cannot wait to see Alex & Josh’s vision come to life. Enjoy their engagement photos!
