One of the best parts of my job is my title of story-teller. This blog serves as a culmination of all of my favorite things and introduces you to my incredible clients. Pop below for all the ways I combine my love for moments, new experiences, date nights with Andrew, and sitting down over wine with clients to hear about what matters to them most... all while juggling motherhood and the latest Nordstrom sales.
You know, every single time I’m able to hang out with my clients before their wedding, it just seems to make the biggest difference on their day of. I like to preface every “booking” with “my goal isn’t to be your friend, but if that happens, it’s the absolute best cherry on top.” If I’m doing my job well, I know the intimate parts of a day and the relational dynamics that exist. Knowing you, and knowing your comfort levels… it makes a difference. Not just for me, but for YOU, too! I could write a book about this topic.
Jen, Haley and I got to meet for drinks and it was such a fun night. We laughed, and I learned so much about their relationship! When their wedding day came, everyone was so at ease. We had so much fun. And what SHOULD have been a horribly stormy day, was actually sunny and entirely outdoors. It made the blue decor that much brighter. And it made the mood that much lighter. Nothing could have taken away the joy that Jen & Haley had over this celebration!
Jen wore her mother’s veil, and it was easily my favorite veil of the season. It was in full display with the wind that graced us during their ceremony. She also wore incredibly fun Betsey Johnson heels! She was a ray of sunshine all day. And Haley was the rock. Everything was perfect! You know a wedding day is good when the reception images are ALSO fun to look back through 😉
This was my first wedding at The Inn at Perry Cabin with Kari Rider of the season, and it was fantastic. We are grateful for teams like Kari Rider Events who are helpful, enjoyable to be around, and have an incredible team to execute.

I love your black and whites here especially. They have such a timeless feel to them!
