One of the best parts of my job is my title of story-teller. This blog serves as a culmination of all of my favorite things and introduces you to my incredible clients. Pop below for all the ways I combine my love for moments, new experiences, date nights with Andrew, and sitting down over wine with clients to hear about what matters to them most... all while juggling motherhood and the latest Nordstrom sales.
You are all in for a treat today. Kate & Thomas’ wedding was our first at the Naval Academy Chapel, and not our last! If you’ve never been inside the Chapel, we made sure to photograph it and ALL of it’s glory for you so you feel like you were there! The way they do ceremonies inside the chapel is unlike any other ceremony I’ve been a part of. The dramatic music played for the bride’s entrance, and the long walk down the incredible aisle… it’s ALL so fabulous! Truly, I believe that it’s every Bride’s dream ceremony.
Kate & Thomas’ portraits were taken all over. First, in the gardens next to the Chapel. After we finished up an incredible round of portraits in the gardens where there were tulips, we headed over to Bancroft. If you’ve ever been to the Academy grounds, then you know Bancroft well! It’s the most beautiful building on campus, inside and out. And their wedding was so joyous! Kate & Tom feel more like close friends than clients. And while we can never plan for that to happen, it’s just the sweetest cherry on top of the entire process when it DOES happen. It was an immense honor to be a part of their incredible wedding day! Congratulations, to you both, and welcome to the Navy, Kate!
